- Excellent weld height control

- Digital time control loop system

The newly developed digital anti-interference time control loop overcomes the problem that the previous time control system is susceptible to electric field, magnetic field interference or other electronic factors interference, and achieves more precise time control and higher security.

- Chemical pressure drive system

German BOSCH high speed solenoid valve with a special air cylinder and a circle of fully open marking type speed regulating valve, so that 0~6Kg/c square meters of working pressure range, can perfectly convey power.

-100Φmm strong mechanical structure large multifunctional bottom bed

NBW series in the mechanical structure composition shows a strong and powerful perfect design, the machine column diameter increased to 100mm, with precision stroke terminal known as the double guide column bearing, to overcome the past large workpiece welding, ultrasonic machine back phenomenon caused by the welding effect of instability, 110mm large multifunctional bottom bed, T-slot design and quick positioning mold change design, make the bottom mold more quick and convenient.
